African Airless Long Range Fuel Tank

Laser cut and welded stainless steel is the core of our tanks, no compromise on materials here.

Tanks are individually designed for model and configuration. On completion of fabrication each tank is cleaned and pressure tested.

Brackets are fitted and the pressure test is repeated.

To minimise pitting the tanks are stone chip coated on completion.

Now for the really interesting part, our tanks are hand built utilising almost 15 years of experience, one of the most important things we have come to understand is that there are two elements in that tank, fuel and air...

Trust us you won't get anywhere on air, so we have eradicated it from our tanks. An ingenious internal breather system allows the air to be vented, your 45 litre tank will now hold 45 litres, also designed with less fuel hoses to minimise restrictions. Clamps for fuel pipes are imported from Europe to ensure long life and superior performance.
